Staying Active with Hair Loss

There are a few questions I get asked over & over again. Can I be active? Can I swim? Can I exercise? All of these answers are “YES!”, and you can actually do more.

I’ve said before that I believe you can have your old life back….and more! Sometimes that sounds corny, but it’s 100% true. There’s really no reason to have to abandon any activities that you love, and especially no reason you can’t try new things.

I decided I needed post a few pictures of me living my life. As you can see, my situation has not slowed me down-a bit! I love to try new things and be active. I have three children who want me involved in their lives! I’m not content with sitting on the sidelines when we take a family trip-this weekend we went to Wet ‘n Wild and we had a great time! I was able to swim and ride everything my kids (or my husband) dragged me on!
